For many of us to do exercise usually means a method to get off the pounds or keep in shape. There are those few who choose to go to a gym to look better and to have a positive tone. But do exercise, making a movement, in general, is an activity which effects often are not aware but which brings us many benefits.

We must always think that we are the most perfect machine on the planet. We are so well designed that every detail counts and can affect us in one way or another. Since prehistoric times the movement was inevitable. People were forced to do a lot of movement in order to survive, to food or simply to save lives. Such movement was something natural.
As we have developed more and more, people have found ways to do less exercise and have gotten in some cases like the moves they make to be those fingers to your computer or when you are leading, eat, drink or watch television.
Thus, the movement has become unnatural. No longer need to move in order to survive, man has lost this important component of health and well-being. So to compensate appeared gym, which for many had become a necessity as the only option for doing exercise. If you choose to do exercise at home, there’s always the element of the convenience of being in your own environment what makes you more relaxed. It is best to practice the free movement in the air, outside of, possibly in a park or on the beach for those who can afford it. Personally, I don’t agree with the gym.
