Green juicing has prepared me to love myself, my skin, and my physique like nothing else, and this is coming from a health fanatic who’s done it all.

  • Almond and kale smoothie recipes

This might sound like a bummer, but it’s very delicious and absolutely packed with food. Serves one generously.

  1. -75g chopped kale (discard the thick beam in the center of the leaf)
  2. -240ml unsweetened almond milk
  3. -1 tbsp almond butter
  4. -1 tbsp soaked raw almonds
  5. -1 date, pitted
  6. -1 tbsp coconut oil

Blend everything in a powerful mixer until completely smooth and drink immediately.

  • Vegetable Juice

Make your veggie fluid. This recipe is rich in vitamins, with less salt than store-bought types.

I prepared this recipe when I was improving from a cold and virus and it has done surprises for me. I was a little more liberal with the ginger so be vigilant how much ginger you use.
