Still drinking milk? Here are the 4 myths about milk that we all grew up with.

Is your current lifestyle one that does more harm than good? Those who have the power do not care. The game is a business with many zeros. Keeping you always sick and under the effect of medicine, you become easier to control and manipulate.
All the really important things in life become zero for you, once you’re caught in the trap, because you’re too busy to get rid of extra pounds, to think clearly and make enough money to support physical addictions and illusions sold through attractive advertisements.
If at the TV is said that a certain drug is good to use it, you’re being lied to. Drinking a certain brand of beer or carbonated juices won’t attract women, nor will make you more dynamic. Taking a medicine on whose prospect appear dozens of possible side effects means that the medicine it’s actually pure poison. If you can’t pronounce the ingredients contained in a product, of any nature would have it, then why choose to use that product as food for your body?
  • Myth No. 1: Milk helps develop a powerful bone system.

We hear from our parents as kids that milk will harden your bones and its healthy for you. That’s a pure myth. In fact, milk and other dairy products weaken the resistance of bones and accelerate osteoporosis. Read about milk: milk consumption leads to installation of disease that we should avoid. Here’s why: Osteoporosis occurs due to the loss of calcium, not due to inadequate intake.
Dairy products, due to the large animal protein in it, encourage the Elimination of (loss) of calcium. Studies that raised the rate of osteoporosis have led to the conclusion that too much consumption of dairy products is associated with increased incidences of osteoporosis. So if you want to have strong bones do not drink milk!
  •  Myth No. 2: milk is the best drink for your health.

The notion of “healthy” associated milk is wrong. While the consumption of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables in fresh condition as it has been proven that reduces the risk of heart attacks, lowers blood pressure and reduces the risk of breast cancer, the benefits of milk products may be in the best the case put under question. In fact, dairy products are obviously related diseases such as osteoporosis, obesity, cancer, allergies, and diabetes. Dairy products can be called anyway, but not otherwise healthy.
The strongest bond of dairy products is with cardiac affections. We know very well that high-fat dairy products (bread, such as milk or cheese) contribute significantly to increasing the level of cholesterol in the blood. Doctor William b. Grant brings in the idea that no conclusive evidence and defatted milk products play the same role in case of heart diseases negatively. In an article in the Alternative Medicine Review, Dr. Grant emphasize the fact that skimmed milk containing substantial amounts of protein still predominated, comprising small values of vitamin b. Metabolism the protein from the milk in the absence of vitamins B group contributes to the formation of homocysteine, a protein-marker in case of heart diseases.
  •  Myth No. 3: milk is necessary for children’s growth.

child growth
Here are just 3 reasons why milk is not beneficial to children: first of all, milk is the main cause of anemia with iron deficiency among children and at present, the American Academy of Pediatrics discourages children with milk feeding until the age of 1 year. Secondly, it has been shown through studies that milk consumption among children contributes to the development of diabetes type 1. Certain milk proteins have a similar structure of pancreatic cells responsible for secreting the insulin.
In some cases, the immune system creates antibodies to the protein in milk, attacking the pancreatic cells. Thirdly, allergies among children caused due to consumption of milk are very common and can lead to problems with sinuses, diarrhea or constipation and chronic fatigue. They are a leading cause of acute infections of the ear, which affects nearly 40 percent of all children under 6 years of age. Due to the consumption of milk allergies are related to both behavioral problems among children and the alarming increase in cases of asthma. These allergies manifest themselves as among adults, although in a smaller, but with the same symptoms and same effects.
  •  Myth No. 4: milk is a pure and complete super whole food.

As if milk itself wasn’t already a problematic food,  giant Monsanto the American company along with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) have aggravated the situation. In 1994, the FDA approved the use of Recombinant bovine somatotropin (rbST), a hormone genetically engineered by Monsanto whose purpose was the milk production increase with 10-25%. Milk from rbST-treated cows contains increased levels of growth factor I like insulin (IGF-I), one of the most potent growth factors identified.
IGF-I develops naturally in both cattle and people, and in addition is identical to the two species. Although IGF-I is not cancerogenic, it stimulates the development of cancerous cells. Recent studies have shown the fact that women were discovered as having high levels of the hormone IGF-I presented a risk of 7 times higher to develop breast cancer later. The same thing was found in men, which were up to four times more to suffer from prostate cancer. This hormone rbST does not only create a favorable environment and the appearance of various forms of cancer but in the case of cows, increases the risk of infection. So, cows that rbST was administered automatically receive antibiotics and many more-so larger amounts of antibiotic residue in milk is transmitted.
Though they were brought to the foreground by numerous cases in which Monsanto was accused of illegal practices, fraud, false reports, yet it remains a joint-stock company Player, at least in the US. In Florida, for example, it is known about the two Fox television journalists, with more than 20 years in the field, they were fired for reporting about the side effects of cattle growth hormone.
