When you think of strategies to improve the performance of your brain, you would think about solving puzzles or learning a foreign language … to add more sleep or even eating omega-3 fats.
Most people would not think about their bowels when they have in mind the brain health … but in fact, it is the first place you need, one that might just as well have the secret in improving your mood, mental health and the secret of prevention of other diseases, such as Parkinson’s brain.
The intestines hold the key to a healthier brain might not be aware that actually, you have two nervous systems: central nervous system, consisting of the brain and spinal column.
