19 Natural Methods How to Clean Your Lungs

Not many of us give too much importance to breathing. Even if you don’t smoke or do not suffer from respiratory problems, it is important to clean the lungs.

Pregnant and nursing women should not consume Osha because can trigger uterine contractions. On the other hand, Veronica is a bitter but effective expectorant and slightly anesthetic which soothes the Airways.

Homemade syrup recipe:

Ingredients:
  • 30 grams voronic
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 cups honey
  • 30 g of ground bark of slippery elm
  • a juice lime1/2 cup
  • brandy
  •  a few tablespoons of Osha root,
  •  ground
Preparation way:
In a saucepan, boil water and voronicul. Let it simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Strain the herbs and simmer until the water remains how to 1 Cup.

Remove from heat and add the slippery elm, lime juice, and brandy.

Mix and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator, where it can keep for 3-4 weeks.
 Administration: 1/2-1 teaspoon every couple hours until cold or cough improves.

 12. Sage Tea

ingredients:
  •  leaves, root and/or flowers of echinacea (1/2 cup 1/4 cup fresh or dried)
  • 180 ml of water
  • 1-2 tsp Manuka honey
Preparation:
Boil water in a saucepan over medium heat. Add Echinacea, cover and leave to boil for 15 minutes.
Strain the tea into a cup, add honey and enjoy!
