  • Monounsaturated fats are fats that are found in seeds, walnuts, avocados, oils etc

Of all these fats, monounsaturated fats are beneficial and help in lowering cholesterol and reducing heart diseases. But, other fats not only offer obesity but also cause health diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure etc. So, you need to consume foods that contain monounsaturated fats. You should add chia or ground flax seeds to your smoothie or shake and drink on regular basis. Learn about different types of fats and then decide which should be consumed and which should not be consumed.

  • Carbohydrates Increases Belly Fat –

Just like fats, carbohydrates are also misconceived. No, carbohydrates do not offer any fat. Only excessive calories get stored as fat and increase the fluffiness. Whether you consume carbohydrates-rich foods or not, you can surely face obesity. Strictly, you need to cut unwanted calories that you consume at regular intervals.
