What do we learn over a hundred years of scientific research? As the world developed in terms of food (not necessarily good) has drastically changed the needs and capacities of the human body. If 200 years ago people worked mostly in agriculture or in factories and plants, this is no longer true today. In addition, industrialization and chasing profits have changed the very structure of ethics. So it is that the things that I was taught they are no longer present as nutrition, lifestyle, social context, problems, and needs have changed fundamentally.
A diet with a high content of fat and protein (which in the past may represent the food of parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, but which was by its nature itself organic because people were buying foods locally, from their own farm or from the fair) and heavily processed foods especially (starting with sugar and flour hyper-processed and continuing with antibiotics and hormones injected up to naturally “bonded” with super glue food) resulted in a majority of cases of the deadly disease and over everything in the world starting with America’s continuing with Europe and the rest of the country in which the modern diet. In spite of this opposition, the same research also required a change of diet to give us the best chance to heal us and to remain healthy.
Unfortunately, at present constant meat diet, dairy, and processed foods, they all are like you put gas in the tank of gasoline. The result your body, like your car, it will break.
Let’s say you have a family with a history of heart disease cases. You are more likely to suffer a heart disease than a case of type 2 diabetes, despite the fact that both diseases result from ingesting the same types of foods.
In fact, there are a variety of diseases that will occur from the diet and from the stress associated with it. Hardening the arterial walls, strokes, blood pressure, obesity, bladder diseases, gout, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, cancer, abdominal and digestive disorders are common phenomena.
If your body gets adequate fuel, the cure becomes a reality. If you’re diligent, determined and strong, you can get rid of diseases. Sometimes the process may take more time if they have been prevalent chronic diseases. Obviously, it would be better to make the change before being permanently affected. On the other hand, if you’re relatively healthy, the changes will become easier.
There are certain foods that should be necessarily removed; meats containing nitrates such as ham, sausage, bacon, and other snacks should disappear.
All the meat that you buy at the supermarket pork, beef, chicken, which are contaminated with a high level of incredible ingredients about which we know that prenatal disorders and cancer cause, must disappear from the diet. Then come the trans-fats: of which remember margarine and fats for tenderizing the dough; the “imitation” of milk and GMOs (genetically modified organisms), which are sprayed with pesticides in abundance (perhaps the best known is that Monsanto Roundup-new “experimental” is used and on growing plants and cereals in Romania).
All prepackaged foods preserved with their artificial colorings, artificial and synthetic flavors, like sugar and MSG must be out of your diet. Last but not the least important, grilled foods, processed white rice and canned products should be thrown under the bus.
Then there are foods that should be consumed rarely and never if you’re ill-increased pasture beef, organically farmed birds, crustaceans, cream, whole milk, cheese, cream, ice cream, butter, eggs, mayonnaise, salt, which should be replaced with Himalayan salt or sea salt with no additives from the bleachers.
These should not be eaten or consumed either in moderation, according to the needs of everyone-nonfat yogurt, buttermilk, cheese, cheese and sweet brown sugar or unrefined. Now you probably think “well, what’s left to eat?”. Don’t despair, the list is endless: Avocados, nuts, seeds, nut milk, tofu, cold-pressed oils of olive and Sesame, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, honey manufacturing, molasses, maple syrup, dried fruits, carob, fruit smoothies and juices from fresh vegetables, whole grains, legumes, seeds and legumes, lentils, peas, beans, chickpeas, beans. Everything that is from local agriculture is good for you, maybe better than imported food that is bio. But wait! There also are whole grains, wheat germ bread, baguettes from whole-wheat, pastes of whole-wheat, oatmeal, brown rice, wild rice, quinoa, millet, buckwheat and any fresh fruits and vegetables that you can put your hand, and you can eat them raw or cooked to steam.
The bottom line is that you have to read labels. As there are fewer ingredients, the better. All items listed are complete foods. They will provide you with all the calories, protein, essential amino acids, essential fats, fiber, minerals and vitamins needed for optimum health.

If you think that what has been proposed above is vapid and without taste, learn that using the right spices, any food, no matter how simple it can be great. Eat fruits and vegetables fresh and raw. Eat an apple with some organic nut butter on it is incredibly nutritious and filling.
If you want something more original, try a whole-wheat pizza with no cheese but vegetables in abundance. So good that you’ll lick your fingers! Let’s be serious for a moment. It is not easy at first. But with time you will be healthy, you will have tons of energy, a new life and you will be free from recipes and invoices that you pay a doctor and medicines from the pharmacy. Believe me, eating to live is much better than living to eat.
