How to Know if Your Body is Acidic and What You Need to Do to Prevent it

Body is Acidic

Many already know that the acidity in the body can contribute to cancer, but not everyone knows how to identify signs of Acidosis and how to remedy them.
More specifically, our body works well at a pH of 7.0-7.4, though there are some variations within this interval.

For example, the pharynx, esophagus, and mouth are slightly acidic with a pH of 6.8; the pH of the stomach is a healthy 1.3-extremely acid; the pH of the small intestine is similar to that of liquids in the body, and the colon has a pH between 5.5 and 7.
It is is important because, as Dr. Otto Warburg discovered for the first time, the acidity contributes to the development of cancer cells.

Also, if the pH is outside the normal limits, digestive problems may occur, and the body is unable to absorb nutrients from food, which results in a constant state of fatigue. Insulin and blood pressure, cholesterol, body weight, and the functioning of the immune system are all influenced by the pH level.

Here are some signs and symptoms of Acidosis:

  • A state of confusion
  • Significant Brain Dysfunction that can lead to the coma
  • Sensation of fatigue
  • Asterixis (flicker, especially extremities of hands)
  • A headache
  • Drowsiness
  • Shakiness

Fortunately, it is easy to test your pH-all you need is just some test strips of pH with litmus paper, that you can buy from a store or pharmacy and a little discipline.

You need to do a test of urine and saliva every morning, then hold a record to compare values. Saliva should lie between 7 and 7.4 during days; morning urine should be between 6 and 6.5.

One of the methods for urinary alkalinization of the body is straightforward and involves changes in diet and lifestyle, while others require the support, guidance of a specialist, for the use of minerals in the number.

Cesium chloride, germanium, rubidium, magnesium, and other metals can be used for urinary alkalinization.

The simplest method of alkalinization for anyone is eating fruits, vegetables, seeds, and walnuts.

The pH of a food does not necessarily indicate the effect that it has on the body. Lemon or lime juice effects to the human body, alkalinization in spite of their initial acidity, so it’s advisable to squeeze a lemon in the water and drink before a meal.

Of course, don’t forget to keep your stress levels under control. Also, sleep quality, sport, and relaxation exercises do wonders for the body and mind.
