Blood circulation is necessary for the transportation of nutrients, minerals and other substances to different parts of the body. Proper circulation of blood develops the growth of the cell and organ function.
Poor blood circulation can influence the whole body, including the different parts of the body as brain, heart, liver, kidneys and the limbs. It can be a contributing factor in a variety of health issues.
General signs of poor circulation are tingling sensations in certain body parts, cold hands and feet, tiredness, dizziness, hair loss, dry skin, edema, headaches, muscular contraction, pain in the legs, and an unbalanced heartbeat.

A lot of factors can give to poor blood circulation, such as a sedentary lifestyle, smoking, too much drinking, caffeine, poor eating habits, and overwork.

Exercise
Exercise is the good way to stimulate the best blood circulation. You exercise should be light. Actually, simple and minor aerobic exercises are enough to increase blood flow.
- Walk at least 30 minutes, 5 times a week.
- Take practices of swimming, jogging, biking, trekking and similar exercise, a few times a week.
- Do simple foot and hand exercises for 15 minutes every day in the morning.
Note: Do not take much exercise, especially when your circulation is poor.

Plus, it helps decrease symptoms of poor blood circulation like ache, headaches, cold feet, and tingling sensations in the legs.
- Blend ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder and two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar. Then one tablespoon of blackstrap molasses in a cup of water. Drink this blend twice every day.
- Cayenne pepper in your cooking or take a supplement after consulting your physician.
