At the time of pregnancy, eat lots of protein as it reliefs regulate blood glucose levels. A research has found that protein-rich foods will help decrease the signs of morning sickness, especially when you are craving for more carbohydrates.
It is a good option if you feel like you may vomit from consuming anything else. You can try cheddar cheese, cottage cheese or mozzarella cheese. You can make an easy cheese salad along with fresh fruits and vegetables and have it for dinner. Also, have some cheese or other high-protein food before going to bed.

The anesthetic property present in peppermint will calm the belly and thus help decrease nausea.
1-Prepare peppermint tea by putting 1 tablespoon of peppermint leaves in 1 cup of boiling water. Let it steep for 10 minutes and then clean it. If wanted, you can use some sugar or honey. Drink the tea slowly, drinking it over some time.
