What we are saying, however, is that the 60% reference level taken as the minimum recommended requirement, which is very low, so the percentage is, in reality, higher.

Many specialists consider that this limit is very low. Some believe that 1,000 mg is more realistic, considering that most people lose magnesium (measured relative to the level of cortisol) under conditions of stress, through sweat.

There are actually several types of cellular stress which may lead to a decrease in magnesium, including stress. Radiation, chemicals and heavy metals pose a very great pressure upon the organs, tissues, and cells. Magnesium mediates a good portion of the body’s ability to cope and to eliminate pain and toxins.

Toxicity, however, leads to lower levels of magnesium. In other words, we have several allergic reactions, supercooled more often, there are more cases of diabetes (diabetes is largely a consequence of toxic stress combined with malnutrition and, most importantly, with magnesium deficiency).
Magnesium is an essential element for the heart and always will find a magnesium deficiency at the cellular level in any case of heart disease, stroke, cancer, and neurological damage.

The Level of Solid Magnesium

The level of solid magnesium decreases over the years and it is not easy to reverse evolution. Oral supplementation is risky because too large doses can affect the intestines.
British Journal of Psychiatry, showed in a recent publication that people with diets high in processed food had a 58% risk greater depression. What is not mentioned is that the reason for depression is the lack of magnesium in this type of food and it can treat with magnesium.
But what it says is that food rich in ‘ integral ‘  produce protects against depression because of the cumulative effect of nutrients coming from many types of food, as opposed to the effect that a single nutrient.

Although it contains a piece of truth, the statement conceals a documented reality, namely that the magnesium level is the one who provides the key to success for our mental and emotional states.

In situations of extreme stress, a sudden decline in serum magnesium may lead to cardiac arrest. Even a moderate deficiency of magnesium can cause increased sensitivity to noise, nervousness, irritability, mental depression, confusion, anxiety, trembling and insomnia.
Magnesium deficiency causes serotonin deficiency that results in aberrant behaviors, including depression which can lead ultimately to suicide or violence is unreasonable. Food factors can play a significant role in the origin of ADHD and the deficiency of magnesium can result in behavioral disorders.
A significant number of researchers have shown that the rate of 60-90% of diseases is caused or worsened by stress. Stress has a close relation with diseases such as heart disease, and diabetes.

Physical or Emotional Stress

There is no doubt that stress-magnesium deficiency can kill. Physiologist Walter Cannon of Harvard said after 90 years, in terms of physical or emotional stress, real or the imagined-the body responds with an increase in tension, heart rate, and muscle tension of respiratory systems.
Now we know that this ‘ response to physiological stress ‘ hormones and inflammatory substances involved in too much, can trigger any reaction ranging from headaches to heart attacks.
